my stay at best western was great! the staff was super friendly, especially the young lady who recommended a fantastic restaurant. the king room was spacious with a full-size refrigerator, sink, and stovetop. everything was exceptionally clean. the hotel is conveniently located near i-40, making it easy to get around.

The pool area should be addressed urgently, as it appears quite neglected. Additionally, communication about their pet-friendly policy was inconsistent. being charged unexpectedly despite pre-arranging for a small dog certainly surprised my partner and me. Overall, the hotel feels dated and displays signs of wear that detract from a comfortable stay.
